Wedding Decoration Hire Chester

Hi we were asked by Bride & Groom Norma and Anthony to dress the Lever Brothers Club in Port Sunlight for there wedding reception in May. The couple wanted us to provide white chair covers with a royal blue sash for the chairs inside the club and to spruce up the smoking area outside the club. We dressed 10 chairs outside with the white chair cover and sash along with providing three bay trees outside and a large white swag. Inside the Lever Club, which has recently been refurbished with built in mood-lighting and a black star cloth behind the stage, looks really effective! We dressed all the chairs with a chair cover and sash, all tables we provided table linen, and for the centrepiece the bride chose the small bird cage with a false L.E.D. candle inside and three small tea lights, again L.E.D for safety with younger children. all on a round glass mirror plate and crystal scatters. In additon we provided swags for the metal railings and swags on the buffet table to make the room look beautiful for this wedding reception party. We provided the post box and personaised this for the bride and groom. Lastley we providing our Wedding DJ Alex from Music Mix Entertainments for the evening reception Wedding Disco. A varied musis list was provided by the bride and groom as they had specific music tastes and chose Volbeat as a first dance record. Something different but worked well with the guests on the night. Another successful venue dressing event on the wirral and we received great feedback on how good the room looked when they walked in.

We were asked by Danielle and her husband to be Marc to see what we could do do make the Aintree Conservative Club (Bleasedale Hall) look more like a wedding reception party venue. We went through some options, asked what budget they had and we ended up providing and kitting out the venue with a whole lot more than just chair covers and table cloths. but Danielle and her mum were amazed at the transformation and couldn't thank us enough! Thanks goes to Alison, Joanne and Simon for making this happen and transforming Aintree Conservative Club Function Room into a bright white wedding venue for the after party. It was a informal party, but we made up a top table for the bride and groom, provided our white twinkle backdrop, our white twinkle starlite dance floor, starlite front skirting for the cake table, our lovely white postbox, swaging on the railing parts, up-lighting around the room, balloon clusters, chair covers, table linen , goldfish bowl table centrepiece...The list goes on....

We provided our up-lighting at The Double Tree Hotel Chester in April this year. Pictures taken were just after we set up, cannot fully get the full effect, but room still looks great. Chair Covers were provided by another company on the day, along with the Wedding DJ.

Busy weekend over the bank holiday. AA Decorative Events was at the West Tower Hotel installing our white twinkle dance-floor for the bride & groom "Lindsay and Ryan". We also provided up-lighting around the room, which always looks stunning at The West Tower Hotel. This is the first time we have installed our twinkle dance floor at The West Tower. The bride's mum who booked, also booked our white post box for the wedding on the day.

We were asked to porvide our Large Ostrich Feather Centre Pieces for a twin 18th Birthday Masquerade Party at the weekend. We provided 10 of our Large Ostrich Feather Centrepieces with a mix of white and purple feathers, these were placed on a glass mirror plate with our new e-luminator up-light which is placed under the vase. As the theme was purple, we set the up-lighting to purple, which really enchanded the centrepiece. We provided table linen for all tables and also we provided 6 of our large cylinder vases with a false lily inside, and a white up-light to bring the centrepiece alive. The room look really effective when we finished and we received the below feedback from Claire who booked the items with us:

We provided chair covers with a an ivory satin sash on Sunday for a lovely bride and groom - Elly & Iain. The chair covers were used for the wedding ceremony at 2:00pm followed by the wedding breakfast and then onto the evening reception party. Music Mix Events provided the wedding dj / disco along with the up-lighting in purple pink.

Hello Alex,

Firstly, thanks for all you hard work in making the venue look lovely with the chair covers and sashes on chairs for our wedding on Sunday!

We had a few mini dramas during the day and the biggest one was my grandad having to have an ambulance called out! I've told him that I should have been the one having dramas and not him!! Ha ha  He is absolutely fine and was just exhausted!!

It totally took a lot of our time away from speaking with you and enjoying what you did but we still loved every minute of what we experienced.

Everyone has said how much they enjoyed what you did, and we are sorry we weren't able to enjoy every minute of your sets etc.

Hi, we were asked by a bride & groom to add a little sparkle to Haigh Hall, Wigan. Kirsty & Martin were getting married at the venue and having the wedding breakfast followed by the wedding evening entertainment. We kicked off the day by fitting 66 chair covers with a pink bow for the wedding ceremony, along with table swagging for the registrars table and our lovely white twinkle backdrop at the back of the room all set up and ready for the wedding to take place. In addition we placed two bay trees either side of the registrars table to finish it off! 

After the wedding took place we helped turn the room around with the venue staff, who are all very friendly and nice to work with. We provided a pink table runner on each table to match the wedding chair covers and bow, along with our flagship ostrich feather table centrepiece, with pink crystal gels inside the lily vase, and placed on a glass mirror plate with crystal sprinkles. We provided our white silk top table swags with matching swags for the cake table.The ostrich feathers we provided are the smaller feathers but due to we use approx 75 feathers in each vase, they look a lot fuller and hang better than the larger ones we also stock.

After the wedding breakfast was finished, we then came back for 6:30pm when the room was being turned around for the wedding dj entertainment and at this stage we installed Pink Up Lighting around the room, along with our white twinkle l.e.d. dance floor in the middle of the room. The white dance-floor is a wedding centrepiece on its own, but brings life to the room when accompanied with our white twinkle backdrop and the table decoration and chair covers. 

I spoke to Kirsty a few times during the day, and the bride was made up with the way the room looked, it was her dream come true, and could not thank AA Decor Events for what we had done on the day and made it extra special. 

A great venue to get married in, nice staff, and a good day and evening had by all!

We were asked by Luke and Joanne to provide our lovely white silk twinkle backdrop for there wedding on Saturday. We also provided two bay trees for the wedding ceremony and these were also utilised for either side of the top table for the wedding breakfast and then outside for the evening reception. The Starlite twinkle backdrop was set up behind the registrar's table for the wedding and then we moved location to the side wall at the Crowne Plaza to behind the top table, which was then a backdrop for the Wedding DJ in the evening. In addition we also provided the table centrepieces, which were the smaller bird cages (Height approx 30cm) with a decorative rose and butterfly on the outside with a candle placed in the middle. Hi, we provided 134 chair covers with a black organza bow for the wedding at Mytton Fold Hotel, in Blackburn at the weekend. Had a busy one as we also were exhibiting at the Liverpool Wedding Show which was fantastic! We also provided for our bride Shelly Uplighting in green in the main room, and even though we set up the room on the Friday night ready for the wedding on Saturday, thew uplighting looked really good, I was very pleased with the results. Simon was on hand installing the lights and as always did us proud installing the twinkle white backdrop which everyone comments on how good this looks and completely turns the top table and room around with the effects of the twinkle lights. We also swaged the top table with the black organza to match the chair covers which would have been brought through from the wedding room into the main room. Great feedback, nice friendly staff and job well done by the team.
