updated the blow blog with pictures we took at christ the king social club in Liverpool on Saturday. Busy day as we fitted 60 chair covers in Lever Hulme Hotel Port Sunlight, and we had to fully venue dress the Liverpool venue. The Wedding Venue in liverpool we hired out 100 white wedding chair covers with a purple organza bow, provided table lined for all tables, table centrepieces were martini vases and some three tier balloons, along with our twinkle led backdrop for behind the top table, decorated the top table with our silk swag, which looks amazing!

Lever Brothers Club, Port Sunlight, Wirral - Complete Wedding Venue Dressing and Decoration Hire

We were asked by a future bride and groom to look at The Lever Brothers Club, Port sunlight Wirral as they wanted to see if we could transform the downstairs room for a wedding reception party. The bride and groom had got married in America and wanted a party when they returned home, but the bride wanted the function room transforming into something special, lots of white and pink etc. The colour scheme for the chair covers was white spandex along with a hot pink organza sash. We transformed the original room into a spectacular wedding reception. We started by moving the tables around due to they had small rectangle ones and round ones, with about  55 chairs we could cover. All tables we provided table linen, joined the small rectangle ones together to make a square table. We provided 10 hurricane vases in total, the square tables we provided a square mirror glass and the round a round mirror glass. In the hurricane vase we had a white pillar candle with pink rose pettles, complemented with four small candles around the vase, looked really effective and looked amazing when we finished! we also hired out our mood-lighting, which is also known as up-lighting in pink, which transformed the room even further. the outside area also got a bit of a make over as this was the smoking area, and the bride did not like the chairs and ashtrays outside, so we put a swag up and decorated the chair covers the same as inside, provided three bay trees with a pink bow, again making it feel more like a wedding entrance and really bringing the whole thing together. In addition we hired our wishing tree, which we placed in the entrance with wishing tags and a little poem prompting guests to write the bride and groom a wish! We hired out 65 chair covers in total for the wedding reception, which included outside, swagged the archway outside, swagged inside railings, provided a wedding DJ from Music Mix Entertainments - Andy C was the DJ on the night, buffet table skirting provided to hide the tables, mood-lighting, wishing tree, table linen, centrepieces, candles - basically everything you see in the pictures we hired out! A busy day, but fantastic results and the bride could not than us enough for making her day extra special and we delivered what she wanted an more! The Lever Brothers Club is a great friendly club for all parties, christenings, wedding receptions and more! these pictures below show a transformation from the original setting, and this is what the customer was looking for for her wedding evening reception.

Niagra Conference Centre, Sheffield

We hired out our backdrop for a wedding in Sheffield at the weekend and also ostrich feathers for the tabel centrepieces. I have attached some pictures below showing both. The backdrop looks ivory though on the pictures due to the stage lighting they had switched on at the time! We arrived at 11:00am to set up promptly in the morning due to the wedding was at 1:30pm. The wedding white twinkly backdrop and the ostrich feather centrepieces were all set up by 12:00 noon! The bride loved them, as when I collected the goods the same evening from the venue, Kelly (Bride) thanked me so much, she said when she walked into the room it looked amazing ! 


 

Hollin Hall Hotel, Macclesfield Cheshire SK10 5BG

We travelled to Maccesfield to provide our bride and grrom this weekend with chair covers with a white bow for the wedding ceromony in the afternoon and then the chair covers were also utilised for the evening reception and party. The bride went for a vintage style wedding with china cups, scones, cakes, a bit like an old fashioned afternoon tea! But the feel and mood was great, the bride also had an amazing cake which I had to take a picture off! The table centrepiece and other small items were provided by the bride and the hotel to give it the vintage feel. When Music Mix provided the evening disco entertainement for the wedding reception, the fist part of the night was a 50's sort of theme, which again worked well, followed by some great party tunes!


 

West Tower Hotel Ormskirk - Wedding Venue Dressing

Hi, we worked at the West Tower Hotel at the weekend, this is a lovely Wedding Venue and has various awards, the backdrops are amazing and the hotel staff really froendly and nice to work with. We provided chair covers for the ceromony and emerald green bows, along with table decoration hire / venue dressing in the other room when the wedding breakfast was to commence. The hotel utilise the chair covers on the chairs throughout the day for the ceromony, wedding breakfast and evening disco wedding entertainment in the night. Music Mix Entertainments provided a Wedding Disco, and the up-lights around the room, which always look really effective. I have attached some photographs of the chair covers, the table centrepiece we hired out which was our lovely silver candelabra with ivory candles on a glass mirror plate, top table swags in ivory and 3 green bows. In the evening the room was turned around again and the top table removed, the Wedding DJ arrived and set up his gear and the up lights aorund the room ready for a 7:00pm disco / party!





 

Park Inn Hotel, St Helens - Chair Cover Hire & Wedding DJ

Hi, we were asked by our bride and groom to provide a Wedding DJ and 51 White Wedding Chair Covers and Pink Bows.
The event was held in the Park Hotel, St. Helens. Only the one main room in this hotel, nice friendly staff and easy to unload the chair covers for the wedding reception breakfast. The room had a large glass ceiling and backs onto a canel, which was nice on Saturday as it was nice and Sunny, but the room was hot!. The wedding venue dressing for this weeding was mainly juist the chair covers and the centrepiece was a cluster of three balloons matching the colour scheme. The Top table was not decorated, but we provided three bows free of charge to break up the all white top table, and the hotel kindly contrinuted a few bits and bobs on the top table to break it up. The room looked effective with the pink bows on the chair covers and the balloons looked good on the tables. The Wedding DJ hire was through our partnership company Music Mix Entertainments who provided one of there Wedding DJs for the evening from 7:00 - 1:00am

AA Decorative Events - Ramada Plaza Hotel, Southport

Hi, busy day on Saturday, we fitted 50 chair covers with a navy blue bow for the Wedding Ceromony upstairs in the hotel, followed by changing the room around with the hotel staff, and placing table runners, centre mirror plates and a 60cm lily vase with lily's inside, and to finish off we provided top table swags in white with contrasting navy blue bows and blue rose pettles, along with the blue and clear crystal sprinkles on the tables, I have attached some pictures of the room as per below:



Whilst the Wedding Breakfast was underway, we decorated another 100 chair in the Marine Suite which is on the first floor on the hotel, and provided the same decoration as the upstairs room. Music Mix Entertainments provided the professional DJ with the new front and blue up-lights which just looked amazing when you walked in the room. The new front screen looks really effective with weddings and this is a new screen which they are starting to provide for weddings. If you need a Wedding DJ, look no further and book Alex, he will put a package together and beat any hotel pricing. Hayley and Andy our bride and groom, have us great feedback on the day and sent me an email today before they jetted of on honeyman, thanking us for an amazing day and all our hard work certainly paid off! We are potentially looking to form a partnerships this year with hotels and we will be the recommended supplier, which is fantastic that we we can work with the big name hotels to provide a full Wedding Decoration package and Wedding DJ Package
 

Norton Grange Hotel, Rochdale

Hi again, updated post from the weekedn, we hired out our white spandex chair cover and dark purple spandex bows for the Wedding Ceromony which was held at the Norton Grange Hotel Rochdale. The Wedding was in the restaurant area of the hotel, therfore the set up was delayed, due to this. We managed to get into the room at 11:30am to start setting up, we were O.K. with the times as the wedding was not due to start at 3:00pm. However something which we may have missed, or in another way not told that we woul dhave to hang around until 3:30pm to finish off the room and the top table due to the space and the ceromony partition becomes part of the overall floorspace. Did not plan this in....and did not build into the cost, but as the contract agreement had been agreed, we would never let a bride or groom down, and decided to stay at the hotel for some lunch!. We were able to set up the 7 centrpeices which the bride has asked to hire from us, these were the ostrich feathers which we have recently included in our packages. We hired out 7 table centrpieces in a 80cm tall lily vase, with pink water crystals, an L.E.D. light in the base, placed on a round mirror glass plate and sprinled pink and clear crystal sprinkles on the tables and the top table, we decorated in total 5 tables with the centrepiece and chair covers and the top table had a whopping 14 guests on it - this is huge! We could not put pur silk swag on the top table due to the size, therefore opted for the large white organza swag with three bows to match the chair covers. In addition we provided 2 ostrich feathers table pieces for either end of the top table, you can see these in the pictures provided. The room looked amazing! and we were pleased with the chair covers and bows, due to the chairs were restaurant chairs and not the usual banquet chair which majority of other venues use. We did not get chance or the opportunity to meet the bride and groom, but asked for feedback on the decoration we provided. The following morning when I went to collect the goods at around 8:30am I was shocked to find all the pink feathers missing from the decorations we hired out. the hotel staff stored these in the "Willow Room" and I asked one of the staff about when they were moved to this room, is this how they were, and the night porter came through who acknowledged that some guests had taken some of the feathers during the party and what was left in storage is what was there! I was a little surprised that I lost 14 white feathers and 10 pink feathers. Its frustrating as I need to backfill my stock and the customer depost will not be fully refunded due to missing items we hired out. In addition to this when I was packing up, I saw a guest walking down a corridor with a load of pink and white feathers, before I could confront the guest, she had gone, so it just goes to show that goods we hire out get taken without permission and its the bride who paid the security deposit who looses out. Lessons learnt here from me, is to always warn coupled who hire out the feathers, that guests will afer a few drinks start to play with these and even take them home with them.  





 

Marriot Hotel Liverpool - Wedding Venue Decoration

Our second visit this year to the Marriot Hotel, Liverpool. Again we were in the Merchants Suite, which is the larger of the two rooms, our Bride & Groom's colour scheme they chose was Navy Blue. We gave this couple a great deal, as they visited us at one of our Wedding Fayres earlier in the year, and gave 10% discount off our published prices - Who couldn't turn us turn! We provided 70 White Chair Covers with a Navy Blue Organza Bow. In addition we hired our lovely 60cm Silver Candelabra, same as last time we were at this venue. They do look classy! Also the bride opted for the safer option of the L.E.D. candles rather than the real ones! - The venue are happy with this and so are we! If you opt for candles, you are responsible for lighting them and you are also responsible for the safety aspect. The candelabra's looked fantastic on the round table mirror and little crystal sprinkles. The bride had already booked her Wedding DJ as part of the hotel package.
We also hired out our new top table silk swag which looks stunning, and so many people commented on this.
The bride and Groom could not thank us enough for the room decorations, it just made everything perfect and the whole Wedding Day and Evening Reception was a Huge Success.
