Hi, we were asked to decorate the upstairs of the Baa Bar by a groom who was having his Wedding Reception here. An unusual but fantastic venue to have your Wedding Reception Party and Wedding DJ in Liverpool. Baa Bar is at the top end of Hardman Street and I have taken pictures below showing how we changed a mini night club to a classy style venue especially for a Bride & Groom. The venue was dark and tables were all dark. We provided table linen, buffet table front and linen tops, goldfish bowls for the centre of the tables on a round mirror plate with clear water crystals, led lights, foam flowers and some with 3 tier balloons to match the colour sheme of navy blue. We worked with Alex from Music Mix who provided his Wedding DJ skills, this time utilising the venue's own P.A. system and top of the range Pioneer CD Decks and an Allan & Heath Mixer. The music was different as the bride was congelise, but they new how to dance, and Alex the DJ had a really good night, experiencing different music taste but the guests danced all night! in a fantastic venue with outstanding sound and light set up. The wedding venue decorations we hired looked really effective and feedback from the manager and the bride & groom was how good we made the room looked. Hopefully we will get some extra business if future guests booked the venue for a private party, corporate function or another Wedding. The Goldfish bowls we hired and made up, looked really effective and we are proud to part of the Wedding, and making it so special for the bride and Groom.

Hi We supplied 100 black chair covers with a gold satin bow for this wedding. The customer opted for teh D.I.Y. option with delivery and collection included in the price, albeit we did not charge for collection as Alex the Wedding DJ from Music Mix Entertainments kindly collected these for us and brought home. We also provided 9 of the Tall 60cm Martini Vases as the Table Centrepiece for the Wedding Breakfast followed by reception in the evening. In addition we hired out the small L.E.D. lights which look really effective when placed inside the vase. The Bride made her own cake, which was very impressive, and wanted to make her own centrpiece arrangement. I assisted the bride with my ideas on how this could be best presented, i.e. what should go into the table centrpiece and how this would look. we placed the gold crystal sprinkles in the bottom, topped up with gold water crystals and a middle black stem type design was placed in the middle. The colour scheme was black and gold, and looked good. The gold water crystals lost the colour though, but still looked effective, especially later in the night when the lightes were dipped. The chair covers for the wedding looked really good along with the martini vase for the table centrepiece. We did not provide the black table cloths, another company was used for these. The venue was Cranage Hall, in Cheshire which is a lovely venue and nice garden settings to get your photographs done. I have attached some pictures below, and the customer thanked us on the day and night for the prompt deliver and help with setting up the decorations for the wedding. We can offer a huge range of centrpieces to hire for your wedding, whether you want us to do the work, or with your input we are happy to accomodate, Call Alison on 07803 417277 for a free quote and we are more than happy to meet you at the venue to demonstrate our products.

January this year seen us start our new year off with a great Wedding for a lovely young couple wo booked us to decorate the Marriot Hotel in Liverpool. The colour scheme was claret, or dark red. The couple preferred the spandex white chair cover design and at £2 a go with a bow, how can anyone refuse such a fantasic offer, which includes us fitting them! In addition to the chair covers, we provided the top tane swag in a lovely shiney white organza voil with three bows on the top table, each one matching the colour scheme of the chair bows. We sprinked rose pettles along the top table along with a false flower arrangement to co-ordinate with the colour sheme. Behind the top table we provided our 16 ft in length white backdrop with L.E.D. lights, which always looks fantastic and sets the room alive, especially behind the top table, just looks amazing!. We always provide top swags to give the backdrop an extra bit of elegance with white silk bow on each end of the backdrop and one in the middle to finish off!. The actual tables for the Wedding Reception, we decorated these with our lovely 60cm 5 tier silver candelabra's which are classy and never grow old. The bride asked for a decorative flower to further enhance the effect of the candelabra, which we provided, adding even further dimension to the Wedding table centrpiece. We placed the candelabra's on a 40cm round mirror plate, which was placed on a claret organza table runner, along with red and clear sprinkle crystals around the mirror plate. In addition to ensure the venue is safe and any young children attending the Wedding Breakfast and party afterwoods, we hired our 11cm L.E.D. Tper candles, which are really effective and do not look false, but never burn down! and even glow and flicker in the night, great effects from a simple product. We then provided two bay trees just by the entrance doors and decorated these with red roses (false) 4 in each to add to the colour theme on the day, along with battery operated L.E.D. lights within the top of the bays trees, these alwasy look good!. the room looked fantastic and the feedback from the bride and groom when we met them lateley was ecstatic, they just couldn't beleive the transformation and how good the room was when they walked in - Speechless. This brings a smile to my face knowing we are part of a bride and grooms big day and we have done ourselves proud in what we do by decoration a wedding venue with chair covers, adding a backdrop, table centrepieces and other small touches which bring the whole room together. In the evening Music Mix Entertainments provided a professional Wedding DJ who delivers at every gig, announces the cutting of the cake, the first dance, takes on board music requests, interaction with the guests when appropriate, plays soem top tunes, especially the dance set mixing the tunes seemlessly together - what a pro! The lightshow is fantastic and everyone comments on the effects. In addition the sound system is awesome, with powered top speakers with 800w each and subs underneith with a further 1200w to complement bringing you 4000w of power, the quality is superb and never too loud! In addition to the great Wedding Disco and DJ Music Mix Entertainments provided Mood Lighting, which is also known as up-lighters. These are a real room changer, in the fact the the ambience of the rooms totally changes when you have 8 of these giys around the wedding venue, they just set the room off, and complements the table decorations and backdrop with was later placed behind the buffet table after the room was turned around. All in all we had a great time decorating the Marriot Hotel in Liverpool, had a hugely successful night DJing and the feedback was 10/10. What more could we ask for?
